复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清SOD、MDA的影响

目的：观察复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清SOD、MDA的影响.方法：将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为常规组和治疗组,每组各45例患者,常规组予以糖尿病教育、控制血糖,甲钴胺片500ug,每日3次口服;治疗组在常规组基础上加用复方血栓通胶囊,每日3次,每次3粒,疗程均为12周,观察两组治疗前后神经传导速度的改善情况及患者血清SOD、MDA的变化.结果：经治疗后两组神经传导速度均明显改善,治疗组优于常规组（P〈0.05）,两组治疗后血清SOD明显升高,MDA明显降低,且治疗组优于常规组（P〈0.05）.结论：复方血栓通胶囊能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经传导速度,其作用机制可能与抗氧化应激有关.

Effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule on serum SOD,MDA of patientswith diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective： To observe the influence of compound Xueshuantong capsule on serum SOD, MDA of patients with diabeticperipheral neuropathy.. Methods： Ninety patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment as blood glucose control, diabetic education, mecobalamin Tablets500ug, 3 times a day as oral administration,, while patients in treatment group were given compound Xueshuantong capsule based ontreatment for the control group, , 3 pills, 3 times a day, 12 weeks as a course. The nerve conduction velocity and the serum SOD, MDAwere measured before and after the treatment. Results： After 12 weeks treatment, there were significant differences in the improvement ofnerve conduction velocity between the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The serum SODincreased obviously than before and the serum MDA decreased obviously and the treatment group was better than the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Xueshuantong capsule can obviously improve nerve conduction velocity of diabetic peripheralneuropathy patients and its mechanism may be related to anti-oxidative stress.
