| 摘 要： | 对2012年3月-2013年3月我科检验的339份尿液标本进行尿分析仪法和手工法检验，对比两法对标本尿蛋白与白细胞以及红细胞的检测结果，显示虽然存在着一定的差异但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两者均具有临床诊断价值，各有利弊，因此要配合选择两种方法提高检测准确性。

Comparative analysis on the results of two clinical urine routine tests |

| Abstract: | 339 urine specimens from March, 2012 to March, 2013 in our department were tested by urine analyzer and manual methods and the results of urine protein and white blood cells and red blood cells detection were compared, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Both of them is valuable in clinical diagnosis with advantages and disadvantages.Therefore, the two methods should be taken in order to improve the detection accuracy. |
