高血压病人动态血压变异性与心室重构的关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高血压病人动态血压变异性与心室重构的关系.方法:选择140例高血压患者为观察组,140例体检正常的人为对照组.比较两组24h平均收缩压、平均舒张压、24h血压变异性、舒张期左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、舒张期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、左心室质量指数(LVMI).结果:观察组24h平均收缩压、平均舒张压、收缩压标准差、舒张压标准差、LVPWT、IVST、LVIDd和LVMI分别为(131.85±14.77)mmHg、(80.57±9.24)mmHg、(12.26±3.13)和(8.94±2.52)、(10.74±3.15)mm、(11.87±1.92)mm、(53.14±7.39)mm、(45.24±5.18)g/m2,均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:相比于正常人,高血压动态血压变异性更为显著,心室重构明显.

Research on relationship between ambulatory blood pressure variability andventricular remodeling in patients with hypertension
Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure variability and ventricular remodeling in patientswith hypertension. Methods: 140 cases of high blood pressure were selected in the observation group, 140 cases of normal people in thecontrol group. 24 h average systolic blood pressure and average diastolic pressure, 24 h blood pressure variability, diastolic left ventricularposterior wall thickness (LVPWT), diastolic ventricular septal thickness (IVST), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVIDd), leftventricular mass index (LVMI) of the two groups were compared. Results: 24 h average systolic blood pressure , average diastolic andsystolic blood pressure standard deviation, diastolic blood pressure standard deviation, LVPWT, IVST, LVIDd and LVMI of the observationgroup were respectively (131.85+14.77) mm Hg, (80.57±9.24) mm Hg and 12.26±3.13 and 3.13, (10.74±3.15) mm, 2.52 mm (11.87±1.92) mm, (53.14±7.39) mm, (45.24±5.18) g/m2, significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Comparedwith the normal, high blood pressure ambulatory blood pressure variability is more significant with obvious ventricular remodeling.
