中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死44例临床疗效观察

目的：研究中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效，为，I盎床治疗提供参考依据。方法：选取笔者所在医院2012年6月～2013年6月神经内科收治住院的患者88例，作为本次试验的研究对象。按照患者及家属意愿，分为研究组和对照组，每组44例。研究组实施中西医结合治疗，对照组实施单纯西医治疗。分别治疗3个疗程后，对比两组患者的有效率。结果：研究组总有效42例（95．45％），对照组总有效35例（79．55％）。研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组，无效率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效明显优于单独使用西医治疗，有效改善患者预后，值得在临床治疗中推广使用。

Observation on the treatment of 44 cases with acute cerebral infarction by Integrated Chinese and western medicine

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods：88 cases admitted to hospital in Department of Neurology from June, 2012 to June, 2013 were selected as objects in this research. In accordance with the wishes of patients and their families, they were divided into a research group and a control group, 44 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine, while patients in the control group were only treated with western medicine. After 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results： In the research group, 42 cases （95.45%） were totally effective, while 35 cases （79.55%） in the control group. The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group and non-effective rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute cerebral infarction is obviously better than that of western medicine. It can effectively improve the prognosis and is worthy of promotion.
