加味八正散联合针灸治疗尿路感染并发急性尿潴留的临床研究

目的：探讨加味八正散联合针灸治疗尿路感染并发急性尿潴留的临床疗效和安全性.方法：采用口服加味八正散联合针灸治疗尿路感染并发急性尿潴留患者39例,男12例,女27例,年龄25～78岁,中位数46岁.病史8～26h,中位数17h.临床均表现为尿急、尿频、尿痛后发生尿潴留.1例患者合并发热,2例患者合并血尿,12例男性患者中合并前列腺增生11例,其中Ⅱ度增生8例、Ⅲ度增生3例.其余患者均无明显原发疾病.治疗后随访观察其临床疗效.结果：所有患者尿急、尿频、尿痛症状均消失,尿潴留缓解.随访1～3个月,症状均未见复发.结论：采用加味八正散口服针灸治疗尿路感染并发急性尿潴留,简便易行,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical research on urinary tract infection complicated by acute urinaryretention treated by modified Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of modified Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture on urinarytract infection complicated by acute urinary retention. Methods： 39 cases with urinary tract infection complicated by acute urinary retentionwere treated with modified Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture, 12 cases of male patients and 27 cases of female patients with agerange of 25-78 on average of 46, medical history 8-26h on average of 17 h. Clinical manifestations appear as urinary retention, frequenturination and dysuria. One case complicated with fever, 2 cases complicated with hematuria, 11 cases among 12 cases of male patientscomplicated with hyperplasia of prostate, 8 cases in Ⅱ degree hyperplasia and 3 cases in Ⅲ degree hyperplasia. Other patients had noobvious complications. The clinical efficacy was followed up. Results： The symptoms of urinary retention, frequent urination and dysuriahad disappeared and acute urinary retention had relieved. The symptoms had no re-occurrence within 1-3 months of follow- up.Conclusion： Te treatment of modified Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture has an accurate effect on urinary tract infectioncomplicated by acute urinary retention with advantages of convenience and obvious effectiveness which is worthy of application and promotion.
