苦甘香柏颗粒治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床研究

目的：观察苦甘香柏颗粒治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法：采用阳性药物随机对照的研究方法,将120例脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例.治疗组外用苦甘香柏颗粒,对照组外用2%酮康唑洗剂,一周2次,疗程共4周.观察治疗前、用药后7天、用药后14天、用药后28天的症状表现,评价临床疗效.结果：符合方案集（PPS）共101人,治疗组52人,有效率78.85%;对照组49人,对照组有效率为55.10%,两组临床综合疗效经x2检验,（P〈0.05）,有统计学差异,治疗组优于对照组.结论：苦甘香柏颗粒治疗脂溢性皮炎临床疗效优于2%酮康唑洗剂且使用安全.

Clinical research on treatment of seborrheic dermatitis byKugan Xiangbo granules

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Kugan Xiangbo granules in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.Methods： 120 cases with seborrheic dermatitis were selected by positive drug randomized control method and randomly divided into atreatment group with 60 cases and a control group with 60 cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Kugan Xiangbo granules,while patients in the control group were treated with 2% Ketoxonazole Lotion, twice per week, 4 weeks as a course. The symptoms beforetreatment, 7 days, 14 days ,28 days after treatment were observed and evaluated. Results： 101 cases were qualified as PPS, 52 cases in thetreatment group with the effective rate of 78.85%, 49 cases in the control group with the effective rate of 78.85%. Tested by x2 （P〈0.05）,ithad statistical difference, the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Kugan Xiangbogranules is better than 2% Ketoxonazole Lotion in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis with higher safety.
