摘    要:目的探讨多媒体结合以问题为基础教学(problem-based learning,PBL)在脑血管病外科临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法将首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2011级医学生60名随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用多媒体结合PBL教学模式,对照组采用以授课为基础的教学模式(lecture-based learning,LBL),比较分析两组教学效果的差异。结果试验组学生和对照组的基础理论知识考试成绩相比较差异无显著性;两组间病例分析客观题考试成绩差异也无显著性。在病例分析主观题考试中,试验组的考试成绩明显优于对照组。结论多媒体结合PBL教学模式有助于脑血管病外科实习医师临床思维和临床技能的培养,从而使教学质量得到提高。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of multimedia combined with problem-based learning (PBL) model in the neurosurgical clinical practice of cerebral vascular disease. Methods The 60 students from the No.5 Clinical College of Capital Medical University, who enrolled in 2011, were divided into the multimedia with PBL group (n=30) and the lecture-based learning (LBL) group (n=30). Objective evaluation scores were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results In basic theoretical knowledge test and case analysis of objective test, the scores between the two groups had no significant difference. In case analysis of subjective test, the scores in multimedia with PBL Group was signiifcantly higher than those in the LBL group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The multimedia with PBL teaching method is superior to traditional LBL teaching for the students to cultivate clinical thinking and skills, so as to improve the quality of teaching in neurosurgical practice.
