关于疏血通治疗不稳定性心绞痛的研究

目的：分析研究疏血通注射液针对治疗不稳定性心绞痛的治疗效果和安全性。方法：选取2012年3月～2013年5月的80例不稳定性心绞痛患者资料进行回顾性分析，将80例患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组各40例，对照组患者用阿司匹林肠溶片加低分子肝素钙；观察组患者用疏血通注射液加低分子肝素钙，两组患者的治疗疗程均为1周，比较观察组和对照组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果：在用药之后的7天，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为87．5％，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为75．O％，两组比较存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。两组患者在治疗之后的血浆黏度、甘油三酯、全血黏度、纤维蛋白原与治疗之前比较有显著降低（P〈0．05），观察组与对照组比较降低更为明显（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。观察组患者和对照组患者没有出现严重的不良反应。结论：治疗不稳定性心绞痛采用疏血通注射液加用低分子肝素钙的治疗效果好，安全性佳，值得在临床科室中广泛推广使用。

Study on the effect of Shuxuetong in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective： To study effect of Shuxuetong Injection on the therapeutic effect and safety in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods： from 2012 March to2013 May 80 cases of unstable angina pectoris patientsdata were retrospectively analyzed, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the control of calcium by Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets pluslow molecular weight heparin group; patients in the observation group with Shuxuetong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium, two groups ofpatients were treated for 1 weeks, compared with control group and the observation group patients therapeutic effect and adverse reaction. Results： in the medicationafter 7 days of observation, patients in the treatment group the total efficiency is 87.5%, control in the treatment group the total effective rate was 75%, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Compared with patients in the two groups were significantly decreased after plasma viscosity, after treatment of triglycerides, blood viscosity, fibrinogen and treatment （P〈0.05）, compared to reducethe observation group and the control group was moreobviously （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Patients in the observation group and the control group of patients with no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with Shuxuetong injection combined with low molecular heparin calciumtreatment effect is good, better security, is worth to be widely used in the clinical departments.
