拇指指端缺损的显微外科修复58例临床探讨

目的：探讨拇指指端缺损的修复方法及其结果，总结经验教训。方法：2010年1月～2013年1月，我们应用皮瓣移植、跑甲瓣移植等方法治疗58例拇指指端缺损病例，根据情况综合考虑后采用个体化的治疗手段。结果：58例患者中，伤口愈合良好，皮瓣及跨甲瓣均成活良好，随访6个月～2年，患者对治疗效果均满意。结论：拇指指端缺损的治疗采用个体化的治疗方法，效果良好。

Discussion on 5 8 cases with thumb tip defect repaired by microsurgery

Objective： To investigate methods and results of thumb tip defect repair-ment and summarize the experience and lessons. Methods： 58 cases of thumb tip defect were treated with hallux nail flap and flap transplantation from January,2010 to January,2013 and given individualized treatment according to the whole condition.Results： 58 patients were well cured and flap and hallux nail flap survived. The patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effect,followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Conclusion： The individualized treatment for thumb tip defect has great effects.
