手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗肱骨髁间骨折疗效分析

目的：研究分析中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效.方法：选取2011年10月～2013年10月来自我院接受治疗的肱骨髁间骨折患者200例,将其随机分为西医切开复位内固定组及中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组各100例,西医切开复位内固定组采用西医切开复位内固定治疗,中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组采用中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗方法,连续治疗4周后,观察对比和分析两组患者的临床疗效.结果：经过治疗后,中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组患者治疗的总有效率为86.00%,西医切开复位内固定组患者治疗的总有效率75.00%～80.00%,中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗组与西医切开复位内固定组相比,差异显著,有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）.结论：中医手法复位外固定联合中药内服治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效显著,值得临床的运用和推广.

Curative effect analysis on treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus bymanual reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese medicine

Objective： To study the curative effects of manual reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese medicine ontreatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus. Methods： 200 patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus from October, 2011 toOctober, 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the group of western open reduction and internal fixation and the group ofChinese manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese herbs, 100 cases in each group. Patients in the westernmedicine group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of open reduction and internal fixation, while patients in anothergroup were treated with manual reduction of TCM external fixation combined with Chinese medicine, after 4 weeks of continuoustreatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared and observed. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate ofChinese medicine treatment of manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Chinese herbs group was 86. 0%, while that ofthe western open reduction and internal fixation was 75.00%-80.00%. There were significant differences between Chinese manipulativereduction and external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine with open reduction and internal fixation group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Chinese manipulative reduction and externalfixation combined with Chinese herbs on humeral intercondylar fracturet is significant and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
