关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨，陆床中关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的，临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年1月～2012年12月间的50例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，对本组的患者给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠进行治疗，观察其临床治疗效果。结果：临床治疗有效率94．0％。其中，显效32例，比例为64．O％；有效15例，比例为15．O％；无效3例，比例为6．O％。治疗前患者的膝关节疼痛VAS评分为（7．1±1．6）分，治疗后患者的膝关节疼痛VAS评分为（3．2±0．8）分，治疗后患者的膝关节疼痛VAS评分明显的低于治疗前，数据的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前患者关节积液量和关节活动度分别为（9．4±2．7）mL、（88．6±12．5）°，治疗后患者关节积液量和关节活动度分别为（3．3±1．4）mL、（114．3±14．4）°，治疗后患者关节积液量和关节活动度较治疗前均有不同程度的改善，且组间的数据比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：，临床中对于膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗是可行的，能够提高t陆床治疗效果，减轻患者疼痛，值得临床中应用。

Analysis on clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective： To study the clinical articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods： from January 2012 to December 2012 between the 50 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as the research object, for this group of patients of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treatment of give and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Joint effusion quantity with patients before treatment respectively, and joint mobility mL （9.4 ± 2.7）, （88.6 ± 12.5） o, respectively after treatment, patients with joint effusion quantity and joint mobility for mL （3.3 ± 1.4）, （114.3± 14.4） °, after treatment, patients with joint effusion quantity and joint activity was improved to some extent, the and data comparison of the differences between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： in clinical for knee osteoarthritis patients of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment of implementation is feasible and can improve the effect of clinical treatment, reducing patient pain, is worth in clinical application.
