中西医结合预防老年髋部骨折深静脉血栓的护理

目的：探讨中西医结合护理措施预防老年髋部骨折深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法：对483例老年髋部骨折手术患者动态进行DVT风险评估，采取针对性中西医结合的预防护理措施。结果：480例患者住院期间未发生深静脉血栓，未出现伤肢下肢疼痛及浅表静脉曲张，32例患者出现下肢肿胀，3例出院后2周～3个月发生深静脉血栓再次入院，经治疗后治愈。结论：中西医结合的治疗护理措施，强调的是整体观和综合调理，对预防老年髋部骨折深静脉血栓的临床效果满意，并且方法简便，安全可靠，价格低廉，患者容易接受，值得临床推广。

The nursing of preventing deep vein thrombosis in aged hip fracture by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of preventing deep vein thrombosis （DVT） in elderly hip fracture by integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods： The DVT risk of 483 aged patients with hip fracture surgery was evaluated, adopting the preventive nursing measures by integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. Results 480 patients did not occur deep vein thrombosis ,leg pain and superficial varicose veins in injured limb during the period in the hospital. 32 patients had lower limb swelling and 3 patients hospitalized again because occurring deep vein thrombosis after discharging 2 weeks to 3 months and all were cured after treatment. Conclusions： The clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine to prevent deep vein thrombosis in aged hip fracture patients were satisfied, which emphasizes the overall view and comprehensive regulation. The therapy is worth spread and easy to be accepted by patients due to its convenience, safety and reliability and low price.
