护理干预对老年高血压患者药物治疗依从性的影响分析

目的：探讨护理干预措施对老年高血压患者药物治疗的依从性影响。方法：选取我院2011年1月～2012年12月间200例老年高血压患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数字法分为干预组和常规组，均100例。常规组对象给予常规护理，干预组制定针对性的干预措施，观察两组的患者药物治疗依从性。结果：干预组药物治疗依从性明显的优于常规组（P〈0．05），有统计学意义。干预组患者血压控制效果明显的优于常规组（P〈0．05），有统计学意义。结论：临床中对于老年高血压患者实施护理干预措施能够有效的提高其药物治疗的依从性和血压控制效果，值得临床中应用与推广。

Analysis on influence of nursing intervention on the compliance of medicine treatment for elderly patients with hypertension

Objective： To study influence of nursing intervention on the compliance of medicine treatment for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods： 200 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the method of random numbers, they were divided into an intervention group and a conventional group, 100 cases in each group. The cases in the conventional group were given routine treatment, while the cases in the intervention group were given the targeted interventional treatment, and the medication compliance of the two groups were observed. Results： The medication compliance of the intervention group was obviously better than that of the conventional group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. The effect of blood pressure control in the intervention group was obvious better than that of the conventional group （P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The clinical nursing intervention measures for elderly patients with high blood pressure can effectively improve the medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
