姜及胃宁汤治疗消化性溃疡106例临床观察

目的：观察姜及胃宁汤对消化性溃疡的临床效果.方法：将206例确诊为消化性溃疡的患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组.治疗组给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、胶体果胶铋胶囊治疗.疗程8周.观察两组临床症状,胃镜、病理疗效.结果：治疗组106例,临床总有效率95.3%,幽门螺旋杆菌根除率80.2%,胃镜下溃疡面愈合有效率91.5%.对照组100例,临床总有效率87.0%,幽门螺旋杆菌根除率78.0%,胃镜下溃疡面愈合有效率79.0%.结论：姜及胃宁汤对消化性溃疡有良好的临床效果.

Clinical observation on 106 cases of ginger and Weining Decoctionin the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ginger and Weining Decoction in treating peptic ulcer. Methods： 206 casesdiagnosed as peptic ulcer patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given omeprazole,clarithromycin, amoxicillin, Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules treatment. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. To observe the clinicalsymptoms of two groups, gastroscope, pathological effect. Results： 106 cases in the treatment group, the clinical total effective rate 95.3%,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate 80.2%, endoscopic ulcer healing rate was 91.5%. 100 cases of the control group, the clinical totaleffective rate 87.0%, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate 78.0%, endoscopic ulcer healing rate was 79.0%. Conclusion： ginger and Weiningdecoction has good clinical effect on peptic ulcer.
