留学生心脑血管疾病临床实习的带教体会

目的 结合医学留学生在心内科的临床实习情况和我们的带教体会，探讨医学留学生的特点以及留
学生心脑血管疾病临床实习的教学方法。
方法 选取首都医科大学国际学院2007级至2009级留学生共45人，观察其在北京同仁医院的临床实
习情况。
结果 留学生语言交流存在一定障碍，文化素质和专业水平也存在较大差异。
结论 针对留学生语言障碍的特点施教可以提高其心脑血管疾病的实习效率。

Discussion on Clinical Teaching of International Students in Cardiocerebral Vascular Disease

Objective To summarize the teaching experience in the Department of Cardiology and to investigate the teaching methods of international medical students in the process of clinic practice. Methods Forty-five international students from grade 2007 to grade 2009 in Capital Medical University were observed during the clinical internship. Results There exist certain obstacles in language communication and difference on cultural quality or professional level for overseas student. Conclusion It can improve the internship efficiency if teaching aimed at language barriers of overseas student.
