联合用药在中孕引产中的体会

目的：探讨联合用药对中孕引产的疗效。方法：选取2010年2月～2013年10月自愿来我院要求终止妊娠的初产妇患者30例，将其随机分为三组，每组10例，第一组为乳酸依沙吖啶联合地西泮羊膜腔注射引产；第二组为米非司酮联合米索前列醇引产；第三组为米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产。比较三种方法的临床效果和不良反应，结果：第二、三组与第一组相比，宫缩发动时间提前，排胎时间短（P〈0．01），出血量减少（P〈0．05），引产成功率高，无宫颈裂伤，其他项相比无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。第三组与第二组相比，宫缩发动时间提前。结论：米非司酮联合米索前列醇引产和米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产效果优于依沙吖啶联合地西泮羊膜腔注射引产，值得临床的运用和推广。

Experience of combined medication in induced labor of pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of combined medication in induced labor of pregnancy. Methods： 30 cases of primipara from February,2010 to October, 2013 in our hospital for voluntary termination of pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into three groups, 10 cases in each group. Patients in the first group were ethacridine lactate combined with amniotic cavity injection of diazepam; patients in the second group were induced labor by mifepristone combined with misoprostol;patients in the third group were induced labor by mifepristone combined with ethacridine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results： Compared the 1st group to the 2nd and 3rd group, uterine launch was ahead of time and delivery time was shorter （P〈0.01）, the amount of bleeding was less （P〈0.05） ,the success rate was high without cervical laceration, other items had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） .Compared the 3rd to the 2nd group, the time of uterine contraction was earlier. Conclusion： The induction effects of mifepristone combined with misoprostol and mifepristone combined with ethacridine are better than ethacridine lactate combined with amniotic cavity injection of diazepam with the value of application and promotion.
