糖尿病合并高血压患者应用中医辨证治疗34例疗效观察

目的：分析糖尿病合并高血压患者应用中医辨证治疗效果。方法：收集2013年01月～2014年01月本院收治的34例糖尿病合并高血压患者临床资料，根据不同的治疗方法，分为对照组与研究组，每组例数均为17。对照组采取西药降糖降压治疗，研究组实施中医辨证治疗，最后分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为94．11％，对照组治疗总有效率为82．35％，两组患者治疗总有效率对比，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：应用中医辨证治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者，有利于改善患者临床症状，提高治愈率，改善患者预后情况，值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation on treatment of 34 cases with diabetes mellitus and hypertension by TCM differentiation

Objective： To analyze the curative effect of TCM differentiation on patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods： 34 cases with diabetes mellitus and hypertension in our hospital from January,2013 to January,2014 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group according to different treatment, 17 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine to lower the glucose and blood pressure, while patients in the research group were treated with TCM and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the research group was 94.11% and that of the control group was 82.35%. Compared the total effective rate, the differences of the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM differentiation in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and hypertension has the advantages of improving the symptoms, curative rate and the prognosis, which is worthy of promotion.
