益胃丸系列药品对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型干预的实验研究

目的：探讨益胃丸1号（温中益胃丸）、2号（舒肝益胃丸）药物治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的作用机理。方法：设正常组、模型组、维酶素组以及益胃丸1号、2号大、小剂量治疗组，采用100μg／m1甲基硝基亚硝基胍（MNNG）、2％水杨酸钠和30％酒精等综合方法进行模型复制，3个月制成大鼠CAG模型。观察各组大鼠模型治疗后胃酸、胃蛋白酶活性及血清胃泌素（Gas）含量。结果：治疗30d后，益胃丸高剂量组及维酶素组均不同程度的升高大鼠模型胃酸、提高胃蛋白酶活性、增加血清胃泌素含量（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：益胃丸1号、2号对CAG的干预机理可能是通过升高胃酸、提高胃蛋白酶活性、增加血清胃泌素含量来实现。

Study of experimental intervention on rat models with chronic atrophic gastritis by Yiwei pills and series of medicine

Objective： To investigate the mechanism of Yiwei pills No. 1 （Wenzhong Yiwei pills）, No. 2 （Shugan Yiwei pills） in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： The normal group, model group, Weimeisu group and Yiwei pills No. 1 and No. 2 small and high dose groups were set with 100μg/ml MNNG, 2% sodium salicylate and 30% alcohol for model, 3 months into the rat CAG model. The contents of gastric acid, pepsin activity and serum gastrin （Gas） of model rats were observed after treatment. Results： after 30 days treatment, the contents of gastric acid, pepsin activity and serum gastrin in Yiwei pills high dose group and Weimeisu group were increased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The intervention mechanism of Yiwei pills No. 1 and No. 2 is realized through increasing acid, activity of pepsin and content of serum gastrin.
