丹萎汤治疗2型糖尿病性脂肪肝64例临床观察

目的：观察丹蒌汤治疗2型糖尿病性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：将120例2型糖尿病性脂肪肝的患者随机分成治疗组（64例）和对照组（60例），对照组在一般治疗基础上给予水飞蓟素胶囊每次140mg，每日2次。治疗组在一般治疗基础上加用丹蒌汤水冲200mi早晚分服，日一剂。连续治疗30天进行疗效分析。结果：两组临床疗效比较，总有效率、显效率治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后Tc、TG、ALT指标均较治疗前有不同程度的改善（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组间比较TC、TG、ALT指标的改善，治疗组较对照组差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：丹蒌汤治疗2型糖尿病性脂肪肝疗效明显，用药安全，值得椎广。

Clinical observation on treatment of 64 cases with Type 2 diabetic fatty liver by Danlou decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Danlou decoction on Type 2 diabetic fatty liver. Methods： 120 cases with Type 2 diabetic fatty liver were randomly divided into a treatment group （ 64cases ） and a control group （60 cases）. Patients in the control group were treated with silymarin capsules based on routine treatment, 140rag per time, 2 times per day. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Danlou decoction based on routine treatment,200ml in the morning and evening, one dose each day. The efficacy was analyzed after 30 days.Results： Compared the groups, the total effective rate, marked curative rate of the treatment group were better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; TC, TG, ALT of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）; compared the two groups after treatment, the differences ofTC, TG. ALT have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It has obvious effect and safety to treat Type 2 diabetic fatty liver with Danlou decoction, which is worthy of promotion.
