龙胆草清泻活血汤治疗痰火瘀闭证急性脑出血52例临床探讨

目的：探讨清泻活血汤对于治疗急性脑出血痰火瘀闭证的治疗效果。方法：从2010年1月～2013年12月在我院就诊的痰火瘀闭证急性脑出血患者中选取104例病例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各52例。其中对照组采取降血脂、降血压以及降血糖的常规疗法进行治疗。观察组则在此基础上采取清泻活血汤进行治疗，每日服用1剂，昏迷患者需进行鼻饲。两组患者均以4周作为1个疗程。结果：观察组经治疗后，基本痊愈与病情得到改善的患者共49例，治疗有效率达94．23％，对照组经治疗后基本痊愈与病情得到改善的患者共38例，治疗有效率为73．08％。本次实验表明，观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论：清泻活血汤对于治疗急性脑出血痰火瘀闭证具有良好的治疗效果，值得广泛推广。

Discussion on treatment of 52 cases with phlegm and heat blockage type acute cerebral hemorrhage by Longdancao Qingxie Huoxue decoction

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Qingxie Huoxue decoction on phlegm and heat blockage type acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 104 cases with phlegm and heat blockage type acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January, 2010 to December, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapies to reduce blood pressure, glucose, blood lipid. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Qingxie Huoxue decoction based on the therapy for the control group, one dose each day, nasal feeding for coma patients, 4 weeks as a course. Results： After treatment, 49 patients were cured or improved in the observation group, the effective rate was 94.23%, while 38 cases in the control group were cured or improved with the effective rate of 73.08%. The experiments showed that the effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. There were statistically significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Qingxie Huoxue decoction has a good therapeutic effect on phlegm and heat blockage type acute cerebral hemorrhage which is worthy of promotion.
