山楂降脂方配合耳穴贴压治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病40例临床观察

目的观察山楂降脂方配合耳穴贴压治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFL)的临床疗效。方法将84例NAFL患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例予山楂降脂方配合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组44例予水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗,2组均治疗16周后比较临床疗效,观察肝功能、血脂及肝脏超声变化。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率40.9%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后肝功能丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)及总胆红素(TBiL),血脂甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较对照组降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗后超声表现分度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组肝脏超声监测优于对照组。结论山楂降脂方配合耳穴贴压可以进一步改善NAFL患者的临床症状、血脂、肝功能及影像学指标。

Clinical observation of Shanzhajiangzhi decoction combined with auricular acupressure treatment on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Shanzhajiangzhi decoction combined with auricular acupressure treatment on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFL）.Methods 84 cases of NAFL were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in treatment group received Shanzhajiangzhi decoction combined with auricular acupressure treatment.44 cases in control group were given Silybin Meglumine treatment.The clinical efficacy,liver function,blood lipids and liver ultrasound changes were observed after treatment for 16 weeks in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（100%） was higher than that in control group（40.9%,P〈0.05）.ALT,AST,γ-GT,TBiL,TG,TC and LDL-C in treatment group were decreased as compared with those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.There was significant difference between two groups on ultrasonography indexing after treatment（P〈0.05）.Liver ultrasound monitoring of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Shanzhajiangzhi decoction combined with auricular acupressure treatment can further improve the clinical symptoms,lipids,liver function and radiographic parameters of patients with NAFLD.
