梅花针随经轻叩出血对慢性脑供血不足患者血液流变学的影响

目的观察梅花针随经轻叩出血对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者血液流变学的影响。方法将CCCI患者随机分为2组,均予尼莫地平片口服,对照组30例加常规针刺法,治疗组30例加梅花针随经轻叩出血法,均隔日1次,连续治疗30 d。观察2组治疗前后血液流变学变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率83.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效高于对照组。2组治疗后各血液流变学指标与本组治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梅花针随经轻叩出血可显著改善CCCI患者血液流变性,提高脑血管血流速度,改善及消除患者临床症状。

Investigation of plum needle with the tapping the bleeding on hemorheology in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency

Objective To investigate the effect of plum needle combined with the tapping the bleeding on hemorheology in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI）.Methods CCCI patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in control group were given conventional acupuncture.30 patients in treatment group received plum needle with the tapping the bleeding,once every other day,30 days a course of treatment.The changes of hemorheology were observed after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.7% and control group was 83.3%.There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Hemorheology indexes after treatment were obviously improved in comparison with those before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plum needle with the tapping the bleeding can significantly improve the hemorheology exception of CCCI patients,enhance cerebral blood flow velocity,improve and eliminate clinical symptoms.
