| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Cyclin D1蛋白表达在肝细胞癌发生、发展中的作用.方法免疫组化S-P法检测40例肝细胞癌(HCC)、15例肝硬化组织和5例正常肝组织石蜡标本Cyclin D1蛋白表达.结果Cyclin D1蛋白在HCC、肝硬化、正常肝组织表达阳性率分别为57.5%(23/40)、46.67%(7/40)、40%(2/5),Cyclin D1蛋白在HCC中表达与肝硬化和正常肝组织中表达比较无显著差异(P＞0.05),Cyclin D1表达仅与HCC的组织学分级有统计学差异.结论Cyclin D1与HCC的发生、发展有一定联系,在判断患者病情预后方面有较重要的价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of Cyclin D 1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Cyclin D 1 protein was detected by S-P immunohistochemical method in 40 cases of carcinoma, 15 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and 5 cases of normal liver of paraffin-embedded sections of hepatocellularcarcinoma.Results The positive rates of Cyclin D 1 protein were 57.5% (23/40), 46.67 %( 7/40) and 40 %( 2/5) in hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatic cirrhosis and normal liver, respectively. The difference between them was not significant (P>0.05), statistical correlation existed only between Cyclin D 1 protein and the histological differentiation.Conclusion Cyclin D 1 protein may correlate with HCC, Cyclin D 1 protein can predict the progression and prognosis of HCC. |
