断指再植术后血管危象的相关分析及对策

目的 分析断指再植术后造成血管危象发生的多种因素.方法 回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年6月断指再植病例65例共81指病例资料,探讨断指再植发生血管危象的相关因素.结果 本组65例81指中,发生血管危象12指（发生率为14.8%）,其中动脉危象8指（发生率为66.7%）,静脉危象4指 （发生率为33.3%）.结论 血管危象的发生多与疼痛、吸烟、寒冷及神经生理因素等有关,正确预防这些因素是降低血管危象的发生率,提高断指再植成功率的重要方法.

Study on postoperative vascular crisis of phalangeal fractures with mini-plate fixation.
