卵巢肿瘤的超声造影与微血管密度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨卵巢肿瘤超声造影时间-强度曲线定量参数与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法应用编码相位反转显像(Code—PI)技术对23例常规超声检查发现的附件区囊实混合性肿物或实性肿物行超声造影检查,通过声学定量软件分析时间一强度曲线定量参数;利用免疫组化法分析卵巢肿瘤的微血管密度,比较卵巢肿瘤超声造影定量参数与微血管密度之间的相关性。结果(1)卵巢肿瘤良性组与恶性组微血管密度(MVD)差异较大,卵巢肿瘤恶性组微血管密度(MVD)大于良性组(P〈0.05)。(2)卵巢肿瘤超声造影时间-强度曲线各参数与MVD相关性分析:峰值强度与MVD呈显著性正相关,而峰值时间与MVD呈显著性负相关,相关系数分别为0.756、-0.710(P〈0.05)。始增时间和始增强度与MVD无显著性相关(P〉0.05)。结论卵巢肿瘤超声造影时间-强度曲线定量参数峰值强度、峰值时间与MVD之间存在相关性,提示超声造影定量分析可用于术前活体评价卵巢肿瘤血管生成情况。

Contrast-enhanced sonography of ovarian tumors and the correlation with microvessel density

Abstract:Objects To investigate the correlation between the parameters of time-intensity curve and microvessel density (MVD). Methods 23 women with suspected complex adnexal masses underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) examination by use of the Code PI mode, with parameters of time-intensity curve ( TIC ) of contrast-enhanced ultrasound analyzed by the TIC soft. Immunohistochenlistry was performed to evaluate the level of MVD in ovarian tumors. The relationship between the parameters of time-intenslty and the level of MVD was then analyzed. Results ( 1 ) The MVD of malignant group was higher than that of benign group. The difference between them was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). ( 2 )The peak inten- sity and the peak time of time-intensity curve were correlated with MVD, and the correlation coeffcients were 0. 756 and - 0. 710 respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no relationship between basic time, basic intensity and MVD ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclu- sion The peak time and the peak intensity of CEUS time-intensity curve of ovarian tumors were correlated to MVD, which in- dicates the parameters of CEUS time-intensity curve obtained before operation can evaluate angiogenesis of tumors.
