| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多排螺旋CT在肩胛骨骨折中的临床应用价值。方法:对15例临床怀疑有肩胛骨骨折的患者均行多排螺旋CT检查。结果:多排螺旋进行三维重建后能够清晰显示所有病例的骨折部位、骨折线走行、骨碎片及关节情况。结论:多排螺旋CT三维重建能够充分显示骨折的具体情况,对临床制定手术计划具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical value of Muhi-detector Spiral CT (MDCT) with three-dimensional reconstruc- tion in diagnosis of scapular fracture.Methods Fifteen patients with suspected fracture of scapular were performed MDCT scan.Results The courser,displacement of fracture,change of fragment and glenoid cavity were clearly displayed by MDCT with three-dimensional reconstruction.Conclusion MDCT with three-dimensional reconstruction could display the change of scapular fracture clearly.This may provide important information for clinical treatment. |
