鱼腥草滴眼液和氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的对比观察

目的比较鱼腥草滴眼液和氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的效果和安全性。方法在我院就诊的流行性角膜结膜炎患者92例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例。治疗组给予鱼腥草滴眼液,对照组给予氧氟沙星滴眼液。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,同时治疗组起效时间短。在两组治疗前的症状积分比较无显著性差异的情况下,治疗后两组间存在着显著性差异,治疗组症状积分显著优于对照组。结论采用鱼腥草滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的疗效确切,起效快,并无不良反应发生,值得在基层医院广泛推广使用。

Houttuynia Eyedrops and Ofloxacin Eye Drops in Treatment of Epidemic Keratoconjunctivitis: a Comparative Study

Objective Houttuynia eyedrops in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis was inspected on its effectiveness and safety.Methods Ninety-two patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis were randomized into the treatment group(n=46)and the control group(n=46).The treatment group was given Houttuynia eyedrops,and the control group received ofloxacin eye drops.Results The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and with an immediate symptomatic relief in the treatment group.The symptom scores in the two groups before treatment was similar,but significant differences existed after the treatment.Conclusion Houttuynia eyedrop in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis demonstrates excellent efficacy,rapid symptomatic relief,and with no adverse reaction,which is worth to be widely used in primary care hospitals.
