湖南省2003年保持无脊髓炎质炎状态进展

目的　提高急性弛缓性麻痹 (AFP)病例监测系统工作质量 ,保持无脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )状态。方法　按照卫生部《全国 2 0 0 3～ 2 0 1 0年保持无脊灰状态行动计划》的要求 ,开展口服脊灰疫苗 (OPV)常规免疫、强化免疫和AFP病例监测工作。结果　 2 0 0 3年报告 1 99例AFP病例 ,分布在 1 4个市 (州 )的 84个县 (区、市 ) ,<1 5岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率 1 4 3/ 1 0万 ,合格粪便标本采集率 85 9% ,粪便标本及时送检率 96 0 % ,随访表及时送达率94 5%。OPV常规免疫报告接种率 96 5% ,加强免疫接种率为 95 8% ,OPV查漏补种活动第 1轮接种率为92 8% ,第 2轮 91 8%。结论　 2 0 0 3年AFP病例各项监测指标均达到世界卫生组织和卫生部无脊灰证实标准

Analysis on Keeping Polio-free in Hunan Province in 2003

Objective In order to improve the surveillance quality for polio eradication and keep polio-free status,according to the requirement of "national operation plan for maintaining polio-free state 2001-2005". Methods We carried out the surveillance for OPV routine immunization, catch-up immunization and AFPcase. Results 199 AFP cases report in 2003 distributed in 84 counties of 14 cities.The reported incidence of non-polio AFP cases aged below 15 years old was 1.43/100000 population.The collection rate of adequate stool specimens was 85.9%, and the specimen delivery rate within 7 days to provincial laboratory was 96%. The delivery rate of follow-up visiting forms was 94.5%.The outine immunization coverage rate of OPV was 95.8%, catch-up coverage rate for the first round was 92.82%,the second round was 91.83%. Conclusion All the indicators attained the WHO standards and even keep over of it.
