摘    要:目的 探讨持续脉氧监测对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS) 的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析10 例确诊为SAS患者的夜间睡眠血氧饱和度(SaO2)和脉率变化资料。结果 患者SaO2 的周期性变化与其呼吸气流的周期性变化是一致的。大部分患者脉率变化周期与呼吸气流变化周期基本一致。呼吸暂停气流段的脉率波动幅度明显大于正常气流段(P< 0.05)。结论 脉氧监测结合患者临床表现可作为临床诊断SAS的一种方法

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the method of monitoring nocturnal oxygen saturation constantly can be used to diagnose the sleep apnea syndrome (SAS).Methods The raw materials of the patients diagnosed as SAS,including respiratory flow,finger arterial oxygen thoracicoabdominal effort,body position,ECG,snoring,have been reviewed.Results The cyclical variation of the SaO 2 is associated with that of the respiratory flow,and there is essential coherence between the cyclical variation of the pulse rate and that of respiratory flow in the most patients.The breadth of cyclical variation of pulse rate during apnea is significantly higher than that during normal respiration (P<0.01) .Conclusion The methods of monitoring the nocturnal SaO 2 and pulse rate can be used for SAS clinically,combining with clinical manifestation.
