生物热力学法比较板蓝根不同提取部位的抗病毒作用

摘    要:目的 生物热动力学表达与常规离体细胞培养法联合应用,研究并分析板蓝根不同提取部位的抗病毒作用.方法 采用hela 细胞系转染流行性腮腺炎病毒,以生物热力学方法观察板蓝根不同提取部位的抗病毒作用,并以常规离体细胞培养法进行药效学验证.比较不同部位抗病毒活性.结果 生物热动力学分析表明:板蓝根水煎液部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、氯仿部位及石油醚部位均具有一定的抗病毒作用,萃取后部位没有抗病毒作用.其活性比较为:乙酸乙酯部位〉正丁醇部位〉氯仿部位〉水提部位〉石油醚部位.此结果与体外细胞培养法结果一致.结论 本实验初步建立了基于生物热动力学表达的抗病毒药物筛选方法.

Abstract:Aim To study and analyze antiviral effects of different extracts from Radix Isatis based on the combination of thermodynamics and common cell culture in vitro.Methods Antiviral effects of extracts from Radix Isatis were observed by thermocalrimetry on hela cells transfected by mumps virus,and at the same time were evaluated by conventional pharmacological experiments.Results The general extracts,EtOAc extracts,nBuOH extracts,CHCl3 extracts and P.E.extracts had antiviral effects to some extent while the residue after extracting did not.The comparison of their antiviral activities was as follows:EtOAc extracts> nBuOH extracts > CHCl3 extracts> general extracts >P.E.extracts.The results were consistent with those of the common pharmacological experiments.Conclusion From the results of this experiment,the anti-virus screening method based on biothermodynamics was established tentatively.
