| 摘 要： | 目的拔牙后即刻行树脂粘结桥临时修复,观察拔牙创愈合后对永久修复体的影响。方法选择30例患者拔除38颗牙齿,先制作临时桥体。拔牙1 h后,用光固化复合树脂+超强玻璃纤维条将临时桥体固定在两侧邻牙上,3个月后重新设计行永久修复。结果即刻树脂粘结固定桥对拔牙创具有保护作用,利于自洁和愈合;对基牙牙周组织无不利影响;对基牙牙髓无不良刺激,不影响永久修复。结论拔牙后即刻树脂粘结固定桥临时修复,利于患者的美观和功能,值得临床应用与推广。
