| 摘 要： | 本文通过对40例成人、一例尸体解剖和180例临床吸脂病例的研究,找出12条腹部骨性标志、脐与脂肪厚度等有关的直联线。这些线,可作为客观依据,借以确定判断肌筋膜的位置、腹肌的深浅、腹壁松弛程度、脂肪的厚度、腹内脂肪的多少、预测去脂肪后的效果和寻找血管神经位置等的客观依据。还由此介绍了一种孔向前的抽吸去脂方法,可最大限度地吸出脂肪、加快手术速度,确保手术的安全。

| Abstract: | Twelve straight lines that have relation to the lip-thickness of belly betweeen the bonylandmarks and umbiliicus were developek by the investigation of the abdomen the 40 adults,one autopsy and 180 cases had the suc- tion on abdonen.And a method of that the cannula apertures is facing the skin surface during the operation was de- veloped.Using these lines combined with the operating methodd the satifying resuhs and safe operation can be ac- quired.It is also a method for furthedr study in this field. |
