自我和谐量表军人常模的建立及其结果分析

目的采用《自我和谐量表》进行测试,建立自我和谐量表的军人常模。方法在全军整群抽取16 135名军人,进行自我和谐量表的测量,结果应用因素分析、相关分析、方差分析和t检验等统计分析。结果(1)军人的自我和谐随着军龄的增加而逐渐上升,其中有3个转折点,分别是2年3、年和5年军龄;(2)军官的自我和谐优于士官,士官的自我和谐又好于士兵;(3)女军人的自我和谐显著好于男军人。结论《自我和谐量表》在军人群体中有较好的信、效度,已建立了军人自我和谐常模,这有助于军人心理健康评估和健康教育。

THE MARKING OF NATIONAL NORM OF SELF-CONSISTENCY AND CONGRUENCE FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL

Objective To found national self-consistency and congruence norm for military personnel by means of the Self-Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS). Methods A test with SCCS was carried out on 16 135 military personnels by cluster sampling from the whole army and the data were analyzed by factor analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,and t analysis.Results(1)Military personnel self-consistency and congruence gradually increased along with military age,and the second,the third and the fifth year were turning points;(2)Self-consistency and congruence of officer was the best,sergeant the next,and soldier the last;(3)Self-consistency and congruence of female was significantly better than male.Conclusion SCCS has good reliability and validity in the army,the national norm for military personnel made is conducive to mental health assessment and education.
