| 摘 要： | 目的：了解甘露醇对肢体缺血－再灌注所致肺损伤的保护作用。方法：１１０只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠随机分成正常对照组（Ⅰ组）、缺血３粘时再灌注组（Ⅱ组）和用甘露醇组（Ⅲ组）。Ⅱ与Ⅲ组于缺血３小时，再灌注１、２、３和２４小时取材，进行光镜下对比观察和组织学评估。结果：肢体缺血和再灌注后，动物肺泡隔增厚、水肿，毛细血管扩张、充血，大量分叶核粒细胞浸润、贴壁，部分肺不张；用甘露醇组的病理改变明显轻于未用甘露醇组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the protective effect of mannitol on lung injury after lower limb ischemicreperfusion.Methods:110 rats were divided into control group,3hour ischemiareperfusion group and 3hour ischemiareperfusion group treated with mannitol.The histological evaluation of lung tissue was performed at 3hour ischemia,1,2,3 and 24 hours after reperfusion.Results:It was found that pulmonary edema,microvascular congestion,infiltration of large amount of polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) and partial pulmonary collapse were found in experimental group at 3hour ischemia,1,2,3 and 24 hours after reperfusion.However,treatment with mannitol could markedly attenuate pulmonary injury compared with animals without treatment.Conclusions:These data suggest that mannitol can alleviate the pulmonary injury after lower limb ischemicreperfusion. |
