罗汉果叶不同溶剂提取物对DPPH自由基的清除作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究罗汉果叶不同溶剂提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将罗汉果叶的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水4种溶剂提取物,采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并与没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。结果:罗汉果叶的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水4溶剂提取物对DPPH的半数抑制浓度分别为16.250、0.554、0.596、0.267 mg(生药).mL-1。结论:罗汉果叶不同溶剂提取物均有抗氧化活性,其水提取物的抗氧化能力最强。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study on scavenging activity of different extracts of the leaf of Siraitia grosvenorii on free radical DPPH.METHODS:The alcohol extracts from the leaf of S.grosvenorii were divided into four parts including petroleum ether part,ethyl acetate part,n-butyl alcohol part and water part by systematic solvent method.The antioxidant activity of the four parts were determined by free radical DPPH systematic method,and compared with gallic acid and ascorbic acid.RESULTS:Half rate of scavenging effect on free radical DPPH by the extracts from the petroleum ether part,the ethyl acetate part,the n-butyl part and the water part of the leaf of S.grosvenorii reflected on IC50,which were 16.250 mg crude drug·mL-1,0.554 mg crude drug·mL-1,0.596 mg crude drug·mL-1 and 0.267 mg crude drug·mL-1,respectively.CONCLUSION:Antioxidant activity of the four extracts from S.grosvenorii does exist,moreover,the water extract has the strongest effect.
