我院2005～2007年抗感染药用药分析

目的了解我院抗感染药物的使用状况及用药趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法L采用金额排序和用药频度分析法，对本院2005～2007年抗感染药的出库数据进行统计分析。结果3年来，我院用药金额较大的是抗感染药中的头孢菌素类药物，第3代头孢菌素类抗生素用药金额最高，各类抗感染药物中头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类购人金额排序占前3位，β-内酰胺酶抑制剂排序呈上升趋势。抗菌药物的细菌耐药率增长迅速。结论我院临床抗感染药物使用基本合理，但仍需加强抗感染药物的合理应用和规范化管理，控制细菌耐药率增长。

Analysis of the Use of Antiinfective Drugs in Our Hospital During the Period 2005～2007

Objective To evaluate the situation of antiinfective drugs used in our Hospital in the years2005 - 2007,in order to provide some references for rational use of the drugs in the clinic. Methods By using the methods of frequency analysis and the order of amount of money, antiinfective drugs used in our Hospital during the period 2005 -2007 were made a statistical analysis. Results The largest amount of money was spent on the cephalosporins of antiinfeetive drugs with years since the last three years. The third generation cephalosporins antibiotics dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum. Amount of money of drug purchase of cephalosporins, quinolones and penicillins ranked in the first three places. The order of β-1actamase inhibitors was rising. Bacterial drug resistance rates of antiinfectivc drugs were growing rapidly. Conclusion The use of antiinfective drugs in the clinic in our hospital is basically reasonable. However, rational use and standardized administration of antiinfective drugs still need to be strengthened,in order to control re-growing of bacterial drug resistance rate.
