目的探讨静脉用双异丙酚行无痛人流时,对人流时间、宫颈松弛、出血量及防止人流综合征的发生进行观察。方法对1146例早期妊娠要求人工流产手术者,行双异丙酚静脉麻醉下人流术,观察镇痛效果、手术时间、宫颈松弛度、术中患者心率、SPO2的变化,有无恶心、呕吐,以及出血量的情况。结果1146例用双异丙酚的患者均无疼痛感觉,手术时间、宫颈松弛度、心率下降,SPO2下降,及恶心,呕吐发生率明显低,出血量也较低。结论用双异丙酚静脉推注方法行无痛人流,有缩短手术时间、松弛宫颈、减少术中出血量的优点,可以明显减少人流综合征的发生,有明显的镇痛效果。
