经导管动脉栓塞与灌注治疗消化道出血初探

目的 研究经导管栓塞靶动脉与动脉内灌注治疗消化道出血的临床效果。方法 对28例急性或慢性反复消化道出血患者，先作选择性血管减影显像（DSA）检查，明确出血部位及出血原因后，即经导管栓塞靶动脉或作动脉内灌注。结果 灌注11例，即时止血率84．6％；栓塞9例，即时止血率100％；均无并发症。结论 经导管栓塞靶动脉与动脉内灌注治疗消化道出血疗效肯定，尤其对不能开腹手术的病例，能及时挽救生命，具有独特的优越性。

Preliminary Study of Transcatheter Arterial Emboliztion and Perfusion in the Management of Alimentary Tract Hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of transcatheter targeted arterial emboliztion and perfusion in the management of alimentary tract hemorrhage. Methods Twenty-eight patients with acute or chronic repeated alimentary tract hemorrhage were performed by selected DSA examination to identify the bleeding part and hemorrhagic cause and then underwent transcatheter targeted arterial emboliztion and perfusion in the artery. Results The perfusion were performed in 11 cases and embolization were conducted in 9 cases, whose immediate hemostasis rates were 84.6% and 100% respectively and both without complications. Conclusion Transcatheter targeted arterial emboliztion and perfusion can have a satisfactory efficacy in the management of alimentary tract hemorrhage, especially for those inoperable cases of laparotomy which can timely save lives demonstrating its distinct superiority.
