| 摘 要： | 目的：建立老慢清糖浆中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用Shim—packVP—ODSC18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．2％磷酸（19：81）为流动相；流速1．0ml·min-1；检测波长283nm；柱温：30℃。结果：柚皮苷进样量在0．097～1．742μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999，n=6），平均加样回收率为99．59％，RSD为1．39％（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、灵敏、准确，能有效地控制老慢清糖浆的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of naringin in laomanqing syrup by HPLC. Method： The chromatographic column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm）was used, the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（ 19：81 ） ;The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min -1 ;the detection wavelength was set at 283 ran and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result： The linear range of naringin was 0.097-1. 742 μg （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 6 ）, the average recovery was 99.59% ,RSD was 1.39% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is convenient, accurate and suitable for determination of narin- gin in laomanqing syrup. |
