| 摘 要： | 目的：研究罗布麻对小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒的抑制作用及机制。方法：用罗布麻叶的醇提物给昆明种小鼠灌胃10天,之后进行亚硝酸钠中毒实验,观测小鼠的存活时间、膜脂过氧化水平及各血红蛋白组分的变化。结果：罗布麻醇提物延长了中毒小鼠的存活时间,抑制了膜脂过氧化,提高了运氧血红蛋白的比率。结论：罗布麻增强了亚硝酸钠中毒后小鼠的存活时间,原因为罗布麻抑制了由亚硝酸钠引起的血红蛋白运氧能力的降低及氧化损伤的加剧。

| Abstract: | Objective：Studing on the inhibiting effect of Apocynum venetum on sodium nitrite（NaNO2）poisoning in mice and its mechanism.Methods：The Kunming mice were fed by the alcohol extract from Apocynum venetum leaf for 10 days,and then NaNo2 poisoning test was taken.The mice survival time,membrane lipid peroxidation level and the ratio variation of different haemoglobins were determined.Results：The mice survival time after injecting NaNO2 were prolonged by the alcohol extract from apocynum venetum,and the membrane lipid peroxidation level were decreased.And the transporting oxygen capacity of haemoglobin was increased by this extract.Conclusions：Apocynum venetum prolonged survival time of NaNO2 poisoning mice,which was ascribed to the capacity of Apocynum venetum inhibiting membrane lipid peroxidation and increasing transporting oxygen capacity of haemoglobin. |
