铅对接触者神经行为功能影响的调查

摘    要:按WHO行为测试方式,对50名铅作业者进行了神经行为功能调查测试,并与对照组进行比较分析,结果显示铅对运动协调、心理运动和反应速度功能影响、神经行为改变与铅作业工龄和铅接触浓度有一定关系。有统计意义P<0.01或P<0.05,铅作业对行为功能可能有一定影响。

Abstract:According to the protocol recommended by world health organization (WHO), we have determined 50 cases with history of lead exposure. We analyzed and compared lead exposure group and control group. The results showed that there were significant difference in movement coordination, mentality and response time (P<0. 05); about half items of behave scores escalated as increasing of lead exposure time and frequency. It's concluded that lead exposure may affect the behave function of worker. However, the questionnaire is a feasible and simple method for studying neural toxicity of lead.
