| Abstract: | In healthy postmenopausal women, E(2) plus norethisterone acetate (1 mg + 0.5 mg) or tibolone (2.5 mg) similarly modify flow-mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilatation. The effect is dependent on baseline vasodilator reserve, with low values being augmented by either treatment. |
