影响腹部吸脂疗效的相关因素分析

目的：探讨影响腹部吸脂疗效的相关因素。进一步改善吸脂技术。方法：通过对1994年以来187例采用腹部肿胀吸脂术者进行1年以上随访分析。试图找出与吸脂疗效密切相关的因素。结果：约有10%的受术者对吸脂疗效欠满意。主要原因为吸脂不均和吸脂区不对称（占4.8%)，非吸脂区脂肪堆积（占1.6%)，吸脂区反弹（占2.7%)，术后处理不当（占1.1%)等。结论：采用肿胀麻醉技术。选择合适体位，足量，均匀吸脂，适当切除松弛皮肤。术后弹力绷带加压结合综合治疗是提高腹部吸脂疗效的有效手段。

Analysis of Factors Influencing Effects of Liposuction in Abdomen

Objective: To analyze the factors influencing effects of liposuction in abdomen, and to improve the technique of liposuction. Methods: 187 patients with abdominal tumescent liposuction were studied retrospectively for over one year. Results: About 10% patients were less satisfacty for liposuction, some factors were inhomogeneous liposuction & asymmertric operation region(4.8%), fat stacking in nonoperation area(1.6%), rebound phenomenon(2.7%), and inappropriate postoperative managements(1.1%). Conclusions: We believe that the tumescent technique, suitable posture, adequate and uniform liposuction, advisable excision of slack skin, pressure bandage and comprehensive managements after operation are effective measures for improving effects of liposuction in abdomen.
