| 摘 要： | １９８８年５月－１９９３年７月，采用腔内输尿管切和气囊导管扩张术治疗输尿管狭窄１１例，随访６个月－４年，治愈４５．４％（５／１１），有效２７．３％（３／１１），失败（２７．３（３／１１）。认为腔内手术治疗输尿管狭窄是一种安全，住院时间短，无严得并发症的治疗的方法。

| Abstract: | Endoureterotomy with baloom catheter dilation was carried out between May. 1988 to July. 1993. A postoperative follow-up has been made for 6 months to 4 years. A cure rate has been achieved in 45.4%(5/11), while the effective rate and the failure were about the same (27. 3%). Endoureterotoiny is a safe procedure with a low risk of complication. The postoperative stay in the hospital is short. However, careful selection of cases and master of the endourology techniques are essential to achieve satisfactory result. |
