肾癌表皮生长因子受体和增殖细胞核抗原表达的研究

摘    要:采用免疫组化法对40例肾癌组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)进行检测,取20例远离癌组织的旁肾组织作为对照。发现肾癌组织GEFR阳性表达显著高于对照组,EGFR表达与肿瘤分级分期无相关性。肾癌组织的PCNA增殖指数随肿瘤分级的上升而增高。PCNA高表达组(增殖指数大于10%)术后生存时间显著较PCNA低表达组(小于或等于10%)短,强调指出那些临床低分期但PCNA高表达

Abstract:Expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)were assayed in 40 human renal cell carcinoma(RCC)and 20 adjacent non-neoplastic tissue using the immunohistochemical technique.The results revealed that EGFR stainning in tumor tissue was significantly stronger than in adjacent normal tissue.There was no significant correlation between EGFR and tumor grade or stage while the PCNA indices increased with the tumor grade.The patients with high index(greater than 10%)died significantly earlier than those with low PCNA index(less than 10%).Cases of low clinical stage but with a high PCNA index also had a poor prognosis.Our findings suggest that a high level of EGFR might be associated with malignant transformation and the development of RCC and PCNA night be applicable as a tumor marker for the evaluation of malignant potential and prognosis of RCC.But no significant relationship was found between EGFR and PCNA.
