| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产盐酸吡格列酮片单药治疗老年初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择双盲、随机、安慰剂对照的方法,试验组给予盐酸吡格列酮30mg,对照组给予安慰剂,每日1次,观察时间为12周。结果试验组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖比基础值分别下降27.1%和55.7%,对照组分别下降10.6%和19.8%,安慰剂和吡格列酮的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论盐酸吡格列酮单药是老年2型糖尿病患者一种理想的治疗药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the treatment effectiveness and safety of domestic pioglitazone used as monotherapy in elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods In a double-blind,randomized,placebo controlled study,patients were assigned to receive pioglitazone 30mg/d or placebo for 12 weeks.Results Fasting and postprandial plasma glucose levels in the pioglitazone group decreased by 27.1% and 55.7%,and fasting and postprandial plasma glucose levels of control group decreased by 10.6% and 19.8%,respectively.These changs of fasting and postprandial plasma levels in the pioglitazone group were significantly higher than those in the placebo group(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion Pioglitazone monotherapy is suitable for the elderly patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
