超声引导下肝血管瘤内注射平阳霉素疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察并评价超声引导下肝血管瘤内注射平阳霉素的治疗疗效。方法根据瘤体的大小,超声引导下经皮肝穿刺肝血管瘤内缓慢注射平阳霉素药液,治疗2周1次。结果42例中,22例治疗1次,15例治疗2次,5例治疗3次,总有效率为100%。无严重并发症发生。随访6个月,所有病例肝血管瘤持续缩小,逐渐形成强回声结节,无复发病例。结论超声引导下肝血管瘤内注射平阳霉素治疗安全、有效,无严重并发症,操纵简单、方便、易行,可作为临床治疗肝血管瘤的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate efficacy of percutaneous transhepatic Pingyangmycin injection guided by ultrasound in the treatment of liver hemangioma. Methods According to the size of the tumor, Pingyangmycin Solution was injected slowly into the center of liver hemangioma through a skinny needle by percutaneous transhepatic guided by ultrasound. The treatment was done once in two weeks. Results In 42 cases ,22 cases was injected only one times, 15 cases of twice,5 cases of three times ,and the total efficiency was 100%. No serious complication happened. The follow-up of 6 months showed that the liver hemangioma continuously reduced and gradually formed strong echo tubercle in all cases,and no case recurred. Conclusions The percutaneous transhepatic Pingyangmycin injection guided by ultrasound is safe and effective for liver hemangioma with not serious complication. The operation is simple convenient and easy. It should be the clinical effective method in treatment of liver hemangioma.
