摘    要:目的:本研究以家兔为研究对象,探讨丹参静脉给药后其水溶性标志成份丹参素(danshensu,Dhpl)能否通过血-眼屏障到达靶组织直接发挥作用,试图阐述静脉注射中药治疗眼病的作用方式及眼内的代谢,为临床提供合理的用药方案。方法:利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定Dhpl在血液、房水、玻璃体内的浓度。结果:在此色谱条件下,Dhpl的保留时间为6.776分钟,无其他峰干扰,方法准确度和精密度符合生物样品的测定要求。结论:本方法灵敏度、准确度高,特异性强,可用于血液、房水、玻璃体中Dhpl质量浓度测定。

Abstract:Objective:To determine whether danshensu(Dhpl)can penetrate the blood-ocular barrier of rabbits after taking in vein to inject the Salvia miltiorrhiz in eye.To explain effect mechanism of the Chinese Traditional Medicine,which can provide an experimental data for the management of eye disease by in vein to inject Salvia miltiorrhiz.Methods:Then determine the concentration by performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Result:The concentration in aqueous is significantly higher than that of control eye at each time point.Comparison of the concentration of Dhpl in aqueous humor and vitreous at each time points.There is significantly differences of Salvia miltiorrhiz's permeability into aqueous humor and vitreous after taking in vein to inject it.The concentration of Dhpl in aqueous humor and vitreous humor is significantly lower than that in blood.Conclusion:We can determine the concentration of Dhpl in blood,aqueous humor,vitreous by above methods.Salvia miltiorrhiz can penetrate the blood-aqueous barrier and blood-vitreous barrier,but the permeability is low.
