怀柔区10年妇女生育健康指标监测

目的为了解怀柔区妇女健康状况,掌握妇女健康发展趋势,总结经验,为制定今后妇女发展规划提供依据。方法参照《北京市妇幼保健信息管理指南》、《怀柔区妇女儿童发展规划监测评估方案》,对怀柔区16个医疗保健机构1995年10月1日至2005年9月30日上报数字进行监测、评估。结果孕产妇死亡人数由"九五"时期的5例减少到"十五"时期的2例。围生儿死亡率由1996年的13.12‰下降到2005年的7.57‰。出生缺陷发生率2005年在2000年的基础上下降了21.67个百分点。孕产妇系统管理率呈逐年上升趋势,2005年为91.42%。孕产妇产前医学检查率、住院分娩率、高危孕妇住院分娩率均在99%以上。妇科疾病普查率逐年提高。婚前医学检查率2005年为1.38%。结论孕产妇系统管理模式的建立,产科结构的优化,急诊急救网络的建立,贫困孕产妇救助资金的启动等围绕"两纲"采取的措施对保障妇女的身心健康起到了重要作用。

Analysis on women's reproductive health indicators in Huairou District in ten years

ObjectiveTo understand the women's health status and its changing trend in Huairou District,so as to provide the evidence for developing women's health promotion programme.MethodsData was collected and assessed according to "The Guide for maternal and child health information management of Beijing" and "The monitoring and evaluation procedure for women and Child health in Huairou District".ResultsThe deaths of pregnant women reduced from five cases in the "Ninth Five-Year" period to two cases in "10th Five-Year" period.Perinatal mortality was 13.12 per thousand in 1996,and reduced to 7.47 per thousand in 2005.The incidence of Birth defects declined by 21.67 % in 2005 compared to that in 2000,.The rate of Maternal System Management was rising year by year,and was 91.42 % in 2005.The rates of prenatal examination,hospitalized delivery,and the high-risk pregnant women's hospitalized delivery are all more than 99%.The gynecological diseases Census rate increased every year.Pre-marital medical examination rate was 1.38 %.ConclusionThe measures,such as the establishment of Maternal System Management mode,optimization of the obstetrics' structure,establishment of emergency and first aid network,the start-up of the poverty relief funds for pregnant women,and so on play an important role in ensuring women's physical and mental health.
