| 摘 要： | 目的：观察滋补肝肾法配合干扰素治疗乙型肝炎的效果。方法：采用临床观察,60例病例随机分为2组,其中对照组应用赛若金500万U隔日1次肌注,治疗组在赛若金基础上服用滋补肝肾方,6个月为1个疗程。结果：在改善肝功能方面两组无显著统计学意义,但对于改善症状及HBV-DNA转阴有较好效果（P〈0.05）。结论：滋补肝肾法可明显改善乙肝病人症状,并能够增强干扰素治疗效果,促使HBV-DNA转阴。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of invigorating the liver and tonifying the kidney with IFN in treating CHB. Methods:60 patients suffering CHB were randomly divided into 2 groups(treat groups and control groups) who were treated with IFN. Treat groups were given invigorating the liver and tonifying the kidney FANG.The two groups were treated 6 mounthes.Results:Two groups' nervous were alleviated, but there were no significant different in the control groups compared with treated before(P>0.05). Treat groups' HBV-DNA (-) and sympotems were more effective than control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating the liver and tonifying the kidney can improve the symptom, reinforce the efficacy of IFN, precipitate HBV-DNA alteration negative. |
